Shipping - Pre order
Our baking is made on demand, fresh for for you and delivered to your home.
This means all of our products in our store are available on pre order.
Once you have placed your order, we will be busy making your authentic panettone and baked goods to ship to you within the same week*.
A shipping email will be sent once your order is one it's way.
Shipping is calculated at checkout once you have entered your address. It is calculated with a regional flat rate price on singular products: $20 North Island, $26 North Island Rural, $15 South Island and $22 South Island Rural. These vary in price due to our location. Any extra products purchased on top of a single product will incur extra charges on top of the regional flat rate cost.
It is your responsibility to use your correct address. We will not send the product unless the right region cost for your area has been chosen. Please contact us if you have made any mistakes.
*We endeavour to have your baking made for you soon after you place your order and to be shipped within the same working week. This depends on which day you have placed your order and whether it is in our working hours Tuesday - Saturday also is dependent upon our courier and any delays due to staff shortages at this time. Please keep track of your shipping using the tracking number sent in your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping & Delivery: How it works
Step one: You place your order of Italian Panettone or Artisan Baked goods through our website.
Step Two: You are sent an order confirmation email and we will be busy baking your order fresh for you.
Step Three: Once your order is lovingly made and packaged fresh from our oven, it is given to our courier service to make its way to you. We will send you a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.
Step Four: You can keep track of your shipping status via the Aramex website and wait patiently for your parcel to be delivered to your door overnight*.
Step Five: Your parcel is delivered to you with your freshly baked goods arriving ready for your enjoyment.
Step Six: Buon Appetito! Dig in and savour the taste of Italy.
*All our items are sent on a overnight courier service, however this will depend on the day and time the order is sent or any delays that may occur from the delivery service.
How is the baking packaged?
Panettone and baked goods require a protective box to ensure your order arrives to you in pristine condition straight from our oven to your door.
We have ensure both our prices and packaging meet these standards to deliver you a high quality, one of a kind product for you to enjoy every bite.
