Do you have Gluten Free options?
All of our baking is created with high quality, natural & organic ingredients. It is fermented overnight with sourdough culture which helps break down the gluten content*, so for those who are gluten intolerant you may find you will be able to digest our baking well because of this.
However our products are NOT certified gluten free.
*We do NOT recommend this for celiacs or those with severe allergies to gluten. Thank you for understanding.
Do you have Vegan options?
We also have a range on vegan sourdough breads including our 100% rye bread available online,
just ask on our Facebook page or call us. *All bread we create is vegan aside from sweet breads and those labeled as "cheese".
Our panettone and European pastries are NOT Vegan, we bake the traditional recipe of Italian Panettone which includes dairy and eggs.
How long will my baking last?
All our baked products will last a long time if stored correctly from fresh or frozen. Please see the storage instructions and best before date when your order arrives.
How do I pronounce Italian words?
At Minghettis, We're Italian - kiwis, we are happy to speak to you in both our native language Italian or in English.
