Ciao, I'm Marco Minghetti, an Italian whose career and passion for baking found a new home in beautiful New Zealand. With years of flour-dusted hands and my wife and daughters by my side, Minghettis was formed. Kneading tradition into every loaf, it's an honour to bring you a taste of Europe from our family to yours.

Marlborough's bright red European baked-goods trailer. You'll find us parked up next to the Blenheim Library, Wednesday to Friday, 9am to 2pm. Come say Ciao and pick up your weekly sourdough, croissant, tart or all three! We'd love to see you.

Every Sunday 9am till 12pm, you'll find us at the Marlborough Farmers Market. We bring our full spread of European pastries and sourdough bread for you to enjoy whilst shopping local.
